An exhibition of photographs of Cammell Laird shipyard (1988 — 1990) and Rainhill Hospital (1993 — 1996). The photographs were commissioned by the Documentary Photography Archive, Manchester and were made before the closure of the shipyard and hospital. The two exhibitions feature contextual material from the Wirral Archives Service, Birkenhead and elsewhere, also included in a limited edition photobook.

Please note the first exhibition of photographs of Rainhill Hospital opened on 25th April and closes on 14th May. This is followed by a second exhibition of photographs of Cammell Laird Shipyard, which opens for a preview event on the evening of 16th May from 5pm until 8pm, this exhibition continues until 26th May.
